As a compact system/cell controller, SOFLEX-CCS is used on machining centers with pallet/workpiece handling through to complex manufacturing systems with different machines and handling systems.
SOFLEX-CCS controls the production process by triggering workpiece, pallet, tool and fixture transports, transferring production data to the machine and starting automatic workpiece processing.
In addition to the pure control functions, SOFLEX-CCS plans the order sequence, simulates the production process, calculates the resource requirements and logs the production process.
SOFLEX-CCS is intuitive to use, universally applicable, scalable and expandable. The APP-based workshop operation allows simple handling of complex production processes. The control station operation is geared towards work preparation and analysis activities in the office area.
