Handling of Reports:
- Every report is reviewed internally and prioritized
- You will not receive an acknowledgment of receipt
- If the report is valid, we will keep you informed of the progress
- The goal is to resolve the issue quickly with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
What information is required?
To enable a quick assessment, we need as much specific information as possible:
- Affected software / system component
- Description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
- TPotential impact on operations
